Worcester, Mass., August 1, 2018 - Robert C. Alario, CPA, P.C. has relocated its office to the Worcester Business Center, 67 Millbrook Street.

“The new office is conveniently located and will provide better access for all our clients, in addition to plenty of free parking and handicap access,” said Bob Alario, president. The previous office was located on Cedar Street.


Leominster, Mass., July 1, 2016 - Robert C. Alario, CPA, P.C. has acquired a Harvard-based accounting firm, Nancy F. Washington, P.C. Certified Public Accountants.

"We look forward to working with Nancy's clients, who will now have access to additional tax, estate and accounting planning services, as well as the convenience of additional office locations." said Bob Alario, president of Robert C. Alario, CPA, P.C.

Washington has provided over 30 years of tax and accounting services to both businesses and individuals. Her office is located at 270 Ayer Road. "It was important to me and the employees, as well as my clients, that we join a firm with the same high level of service and professionalism," Washington said.

"This merger, along with our previous merger, allows us to offer all our clients greater expertise and services, whether in estate planning or Not-For-Profit audits., as we expand the number of CPA's in our practice," said Karen Spinelli, vice president of Robert C. Alario, CPA, P.C.

The new combined entity will maintain offices in Leominster, Harvard and Worcester.

After twenty years of independent operations, I have made the decision to merge our practice with a fantastic CPA firm by the name of Robert C. Alario, CPA PC (RCA). We have spent a significant amount of time with the principles of the firm, Bob Alario and Karen Spinelli and can say with 100% confidence you will appreciate their years of experience and professional knowledge.

Many things will remain the same, and others will change. The firm will still be located at the Webb House on Cedar Street in Worcester, but will also have the benefit of the Leominster Office at 75 North Main Street that Bob and Karen have been at for many years. The firm, RCA, has been in existence for over sixty years and they have a similar legacy of experience and client dedication. You will also not experience changes to the current pricing and billing structure for comparable work.

Shortly, you will see the RCA firm name on letterhead and business cards. But no need to be concerned if you use our current contact information, it will all still be operational as part of the merger-email, phone, fax, etc.

Over the next few months we will be working on combining the data for both firms. We can assure you the transition will be seamless to you and we will handle everything behind the scenes.
